DeStash Bash is a must-visit event for artists, makers, crafters, and creative entrepreneurs ready to clear space and find new inspiration. Many creatives reach a point where studios overflow with supplies, tools, and displays—and this event is all about rehoming those materials so someone else can put them to great use. Whether you’re downsizing, reorganizing, or just love hunting for creative treasures, DeStash Bash offers a unique opportunity to shop thoughtfully and affordably.
Artists from across the region will be selling gently used art supplies, tools, and display equipment—everything from beads, frames, mats, glass, and mosaic materials to fabric, yarn, jewelry findings, books, and show displays. Finished artwork will not be sold; this event is focused entirely on the behind-the-scenes essentials that help creatives make and sell their work. What one artist no longer needs might be exactly what another has been searching for.
I’ll be participating with a studio clean-out of my own, focusing on beads and a large quantity of frames at very reasonable prices. I’m in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a longer-term move to our Northwoods cabin, so this is a great chance to pass along quality supplies while making room for what’s next. If you’re looking for something specific that I might have, feel free to contact me at least a week before the event—I’m happy to check my stash.
DeStash Bash is open to the public to shop and is conveniently located just off I-94, about 10 minutes from Madison. It’s a practical, creative, and community-driven way to support fellow artists while stocking up on supplies for your next project.
